Born in Estherville, Iowa, Mrs. Culpepper had been a resident of Crowley since 1938. For many years she was an integral part of Culpepper’s Jewelry Store.
In her loving family she leaves her nephew, Peter Nissen; sister-in-law, Lora French Ruess; her niece, Susan Buckley; two granddaughters, Heather Culpepper-Hawkins and Mary Angela Serola, and great-nephews and great-nieces, Donna Chapin, Becky Graf, Joseph Nissen, David Buckley, Annabel Wildrick and their families.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wirt Culpepper and her children, William Wirt, Christine Emily and Charles Curran Culpepper.
